Nabors also provides innovative drilling technology, directional drilling operations and drilling instrumentation and software. Through its various subsidiaries, Nabors manufactures and sells top drives, catwalks, wrenches, drawworks and other drilling related equipment which are installed on both onshore and offshore drilling rigs.

Jared Oehring – Director of Technology – U.S. Well Services

Jared Oehring is Director of Technology with U.S. Well Services, Houston, TX. He received the B.S. in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University, Provo, UT, and the M.S. in engineering (mechanical design) from Kettering University, Flint, MI. Prior to joining U.S. Well Services, Jared worked for Stewart & Stevenson as Engineering Manager and before that he served as Vice President of Financial Operations at ASME.


Mike GibsonMike Gibson – CEO – Evergreen Chemical Solutions

My whole career has been involved in the industrial specialty chemical market. Initially working for Johnson & Johnson in industrial adhesive sales in the northeast New York/New Jersey. After 6 years with Johnson & Johnson moved on to Nalco Chemical Company as District Manager for the North East Region handling downstream Refining and Petrochemicals process side. Moved to Houston 1989 with Nalco Chemical as North American Marketing Manager for the Petroleum Division, Refining. In 1990 became General Manager Nalco Refining North America. In 1994 named as Vice President for Nalco/Exxon Energy Chemicals. Managed the startup of a $500m joint venture with Exxon Chemicals and Nalco Chemical Company. The joint venture served upstream and downstream Oil & Gas market globally. 2001 joined General Electric as Vice President, Oil Sands, and Calgary Canada.
Started up Evergreen Chemical Solutions 2009 as a specialty chemical company providing safer and environmentally friendly chemistry’s serving the global upstream and downstream Oil & Gas Industry globally. Initial business developed in the Permian west Texas, Eagle Ford South Texas, and Haynesville Northern Louisiana. Africa Mozambique and Mauritania. Asia Indonesia.


Mark GebbiaMark Gebbia – Director, Environmental Services – Williams

Williams, including its assets held through Williams Partners L.P., is an energy infrastructure company focused on connecting North America’s significant hydrocarbon resource plays to growing markets for natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs). Williams’ interstate gas pipeline and gathering & processing operations span the United States, including strategic assets in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico, the Rockies, the Pacific Northwest and the Eastern Seaboard.

Oliver Bridgen – COO – Oil & Gas Awards

Oliver has been the COO of the Oil & Gas Awards since their inception in 2012. Prior to founding the Oil & Gas Awards Oliver worked in a number of technology based companies workinging throughout Europe. The Oil & Gas Awards showcase leading companies working across the upstream and the midstream sectors of the North American Oil & Gas Industry.


William TaylorWilliam Taylor – Group Director, Dedicated Transport Systems – Ryder System

Will Taylor is a 25 year veteran of the transportation industry, with particular experience in the areas of engineering, technology, and operations. His current role is Group Director of Customer Logistics, Oil & Gas, Supply Chain Solutions at Ryder System, Inc.
For the previous six years, as the Senior Director of Engineering, his team has created solutions for Oil & Gas customers that transform fragmented processes and data into a standardized flow that provides immediate visibility and savings and long-term control and continuous improvement.
Current Ryder Oil & Gas customers in both the US and Canada include 3 of the Top Multinational Exploration &Production companies, several large independent E&Ps, and various Oilfield Service Companies including Baker Hughes. Ryder also operates several hundred trucks with drivers trained in oilfield safety.
He received an Undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He resides in the country outside of Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Sandy and their two sons.
