Alan draws from more than 30 years of experience as an attorney and former business executive in the oil and gas industry to assist oil and gas companies in the full range of their legal needs. His experience includes representing exploration and production companies in all aspects of the domestic oil and gas industry. He has also represented larger landowners in connection with leasing property for oil and gas development, and landowner organizations in connection with oil and gas issues. His real estate practice includes handling the sale and purchase of real property and representing lending institutions and borrowers in secured loan transactions.
Brian Kalt – CEO – Fairmont Brine
Brian Kalt currently serves as the president of Fairmont Brine Processing, located in Fairmont, WV. Brian is an experienced oil and gas professional with a passion for getting companies through the “ramp up” phase. Before joining Fairmont, he played a critical role in taking a water treatment company from startup to fully operational in support of hydraulic fracturing operations for exploration and production companies. After almost 200 horizontal wells in the Eagle Ford, Delaware and Permian Basin, Brian decided it was time for a change of scenery (and weather) and moved to Pittsburgh, where he could utilize his prior experience in the Utica and Marcellus.

Jim hails from the Marcellus/Utica region and consults for Natural Gas Intelligence (NGI), a leading B2B news, data and analytics company serving the natural gas industry since 1981. NGI publishes Daily Gas Price Index, Shale Daily, Bidweek Survey and several other natgas-related publications.
