Callum Streeter – COO – EdgeMarc Energy
Callum joined EdgeMarc in 2012 and is responsible for all operations related activities including Drilling and Completions, Production, Land and HSE. Callum attended the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand where he obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with First Class Honors and also holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales. Callum has worked in the Appalachian Basin for 10 years predominantly in Drilling and Completions in the Marcellus and Utica Shale but also has onshore experience in Texas and New Zealand. Prior to joining EdgeMarc, Callum worked at Energy Corporation of America where he held the role of Drilling and Completions Manager. Callum serves on the board of directors for the Appalachian Chapter of the American Association of Drilling Engineers and sits on the International Membership Committee for the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Byers brings to the Energy Institute expertise on the intersection of energy-related science, technology, and public policy. He directs the Chamber in assessing the impact of existing and emerging federal laws and regulations on the U.S. energy industry— specifically on coal-fired energy—and is responsible for building and supporting partnerships that highlight the important role of coal in our nation’s energy mix. Byers leads the Partnership for a Better Energy Future, a coalition of businesses, associations, and stakeholder groups launched by the Energy Institute and the National Association of Manufacturers. Mark Stanley – President & CEO – Themark Corporation
Mark E. Stanley has worked in the oil industry as a hydraulic fracturing expert for 37 years. He started with Arco right out of college where he studied Chemical Engineering. He went back to college to get his MBA in 1987 and went to work as a partner with Clear Water in 1989. Working at the partner level gave him a more hands-on relationship with the industry and he learned to use his knowledge and background to fine-tune products to meet the specific needs of customers. During this phase of his work he developed patents for several products that are still used in the industry today. To the extent possible he wanted to focus on products that would not harm the environment and that would reduce customer’s need to meet EPA standards in handling them. He believed that ultimately the ability to reduce costs by reducing hazardous waste constrictions would serve the interest of both sides of any argument.
Melissa L. Hamsher – Vice President of Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory – Eclipse Resources
Melissa L. Hamsher has served as our Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment & Regulatory since September 2011. Prior to joining Eclipse Resources, from August 2008 to August 2011, Mrs. Hamsher served as the Vice President of Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory Compliance for Rex Energy where she was responsible for the establishment and management of Rex Energy’s health, safety, environmental and regulatory programs, including the establishment of its Marcellus Shale drilling & completion best practices and water management.

Tejas Gosai is best described as a businessman, who is devoted to shale oil and gas development. In 2008, Gosai recognized the shale growth across the country and founded Shale Media Group (SMG), a news, information, and education resource dedicated to the shale oil and gas industry. Since then, SMG has displayed continual growth. Additionally, Gosai is immersed in the energy industry. He is the host of Shale Energy Now. Plus, Gosai also brings shale oil and gas experts together for SMG’s monthly Elite Energy Events, where he is the emcee. He frequently speaks at various energy engagements, including: Odyssey Day and the Ohio Valley Regional Oil & Gas Expo.
